He bought it for $100 in Akihabara (electric town in Tokyo). He charges two battery by the solar panel.
" I can watch on T.V for 5 hours in a day" he said.
"really? And do you have a T.V?"
" Of course. There is many T.V. on the street in Tokyo... Hahaha"
He has a T.V, a radio and stereo of 12V! All electricity is made by the small solar panel.
